Reimer Ivang (b. 1975) is a leadership advisor, serial entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and award‑winning author. Claus Rosenstand (b. 1970) is a PhD, researcher, lecturer, board member, serial entrepreneur, and author.

He is an Associate Professor at Aalborg University in the section for Work, Organization and Leadership and has extensive experience with network leadership, including roles as thought leader, professor MSO, and IT‑Vest leader. In recent years, he has researched and further developed the theory of imaginative force as a key to organizational transformation, combining it with digital tools to create sustainable business models. He has broad experience in both professional and voluntary board work.

Susanne Sayers is a journalist and author who has written books on digital transformation with digital advisor Professor Jan Damsgaard, the book “Dreams and Details” with Jim Hagemann Snabe and Mikael Trolle, as well as her own book “2030 NOW” on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She has also served as news editor at the financial newspaper Børsen.
